Tomato Cucumber Relish (Chrout trosot pingpot)

2 Tablespoons white vinegar
1 Tablespoon sugar
¼ Teaspoon salt
¼ Cup of chopped sweet yellow onion (option)
1 Large cucumber, peeled, quartered, seeded and cut small chunks
1 Medium tomato, cut to bite sizes


In a small bowl mix vinegar with sugar and salt until sugar dissolves, add onion, stir well and set
aside. Put cucumber and tomato in a large bowl, pour prepared vinaigrette sauce over, mix well
before serving. Serve with grilled meat or grilled fish.
