Creamy Cilantro Chutney (Tested)

Ingredients

2 small bunches fresh cilantro, thick stems removed, lightly chopped
1 medium jalapeno pepper, sliced, with seeds
3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup white vinegar or lemon juice
½ teaspoon Kosher salt


Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade.  Blend until smooth.
